I am tired of seeing young athletes being mislead by false hopes & lies projected by magazines, books, and even some parents & coaches who give time-wasting & out-dated advice to a young athlete.
I have recieved questions from them frequenly that just boggles me: Where do they get such crazy ideas, and let alone try them out before asking?
